Refund policy
Do you want to return your order in whole or in part? That is no problem. Somewhere we or the product have fallen short and for this we want to offer our apologies to you. You can simply return your order to us, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
This policy applies to customers from the Netherlands & Belgium.
Returning non-worn products
Jewelry, clothing, and accessories that were not purchased in the final sale can be returned within 30 days after delivery. In this case, the shipping costs are at your own expense.
Send us an email at info@virelle.nl to register your return shipment and receive the return form. Returns that are not reported to us cannot be processed. Please include in the email your order number (your order number is in your shipping confirmation, also check your spam). We would also like to know the reason for your return so that we can make improvements where possible!
We will contact you as soon as possible so that you can return your order without worries.
Attention! Without an order number and track & trace, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Please ensure that the order number is clearly stated on the package or on the return form and that the track & trace code of the return is shared with us via email.

Returning worn items/ sale items
Jewelry, clothing items, and accessories from which the label has been removed or items that have been worn cannot unfortunately be returned to us for hygienic reasons. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns for final sale items.
Virelle is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen. Additionally, we are not responsible for items that have not been repaired or altered by us.
